Sarah brings over a decade of experience in human capital consulting and people management to On-Ramps. She has successfully served clients in the financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and technology industries, designing and implementing recruiting and professional development programs.
Most recently, Sarah was an Engagement Manager at Katzenbach Partners, LLC, where she led projects focused on human capital issues and where her work was profiled in the Wall Street Journal. Prior to working at Katzenbach, Sarah was Director of Organization Development at Skinklinic, a start-up skin care company, where she designed and led the recruiting, training, and performance management programs. Having helped build an organization from the ground up, Sarah understands the importance of not only attracting but also retaining great people.
Sarah is also co-founder and Director of Research of Armchair Activist, an e-newsletter designed to inspire and educate its audience about meaningful, creative ways to make a positive impact on the world around us.
Sarah is a graduate of Brown University where she received a B.A. in History. She also has a certificate in Organization Development and Change Management from Georgetown University. Sarah resides in Brooklyn Heights with her husband and daughter.
