Renée brings five years of experience in education administration, recruiting and program development to On-Ramps. Prior to joining On-Ramps, Renée was an Education Pioneers Graduate Fellow in the Bay Area office of Teach For America. There she worked with the development team to devise strategies for increasing individual donor membership.

Prior to her work with Education Pioneers and attending graduate school, Renée served as the Dean of Students for Prep for Prep 9. Renée also spent a number of years as an Assistant Dean of Admissions for The Lawrenceville School where she recruited and assessed candidates, building on the skills she gained while serving as the Director of Multi-Cultural Affairs and Assistant Director of Admissions at Deerfield Academy. Renée is passionate about leadership, diversity and inclusion, and in each organization was instrumental in the development of regional, national and international academic enrichment programs.

Renée holds an Honors B.A. from Brown University in Africana Studies and Political Science, and a Master's from Stanford University in Policy, Organization and Leadership Studies. Originally from Jamaica, Renée now lives in Queens, NY.
