Meet Lauren Johnson, Search Associate
Lauren brings both executive search and financial services experience to On-Ramps. Prior to joining On-Ramps, Lauren worked at Spencer Stuart where she assisted in the development of executive search strategy for top financial services, legal and corporate communications officers. In this role, she coordinated research resources and developed projects to build internal knowledge of industries, companies and executives.Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Lauren worked for M&T Bank in Baltimore, Maryland as a product specialist where she managed the treasury management relationship of some of the Bank's largest customers including school districts and state governments. Lauren holds a B.A. in Political Science from Amherst College. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, she currently resides in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. |
