Meet Johanna Visuri, Search Consultant
Johanna brings deep understanding of the business and non-profit sectors and a focus on client service to On-Ramps. Prior to joining On-Ramps, Johanna worked in Corporate and Foundation Relations at the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research, a leading nonprofit research and educational institution affiliated Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In this role, she organized numerous programs and projects in development, marketing, fundraising, and special event planning. Collaborating with top executives, senior scientists, and institute staff, she created partnerships between the institute and corporations and foundations. Before joining the Whitehead Institute, Johanna worked as a writer/interviewer for the Harvard project on Emerging Healthcare Leadership. As such she helped write a book on the numerous careers in healthcare. She also spent two years at Covington & Burling, a leading international law firm. Because of these experiences, Johanna understands the importance of working with great people and how they can positively impact an organization. Johanna holds a B.A. in international relations from Brown University and a diploma in pre-medical studies from Harvard University. She volunteers at Massachusetts General Hospital and lives in Boston’s Back Bay area. |
