Amy brings both non-profit and HR experience to On-Ramps. Prior to joining On-Ramps in 2008, Amy worked at Goldman Sachs in their learning and professional development department, specifically in products and markets training as well as new hire orientation programs. In this role, she managed the set-up, execution, and vendor relationships for several training programs available to both internal and external clients of the firm.Before working at Goldman Sachs, Amy lived and worked in Washington, D.C. at an association management company called Smithbucklin, Inc. There she focused specifically on one non-profit client, The American Society for Bone and Mineral Research (ASBMR). Amy helped manage the program content and set-up of ASBMR’s annual conference; a large-scale convention consisting of over 5,000 researchers and clinicians in the field of metabolic bone diseases. Amy holds a B.A. in American Studies from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and a Master's in Social Work from New York University. Originally from the Boston area, Amy now lives in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan. |
