This is a unique opportunity to be involved in every phase of a consulting engagement, from pre-proposal research through final implementation. Almost immediately, Senior Associate will join a project team, working at a client location, sharing their ideas, solving problems and providing solutions in the areas of purchasing, supply chain management, business process outsourcing, and technology. Through the Associate position, candidates will build their project management and client management skills, and further develop their communication and presentation abilities.

As part of your responsibilities you will:

• Gather and analyze data
• Help to generate proposals and lead certain client and analyst teams
• Recommend actions and help clients implement them
• Have opportunities to create intellectual capital and recruit new consultants
• Work closely with senior management and clients to create customized purchasing proposals
• Analyze client spend data and creating deliverables for the project
• Introducing suppliers to the client's purchasing needs, eSourcing process, and reverse auction technology
• Understanding client needs to provide flawless service
• Assisting with business development activities
• Working with Corporate Communications to increase awareness of our services
• Working with senior management to develop selling tools for key clients

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field with a GPA of 3.3 or above and at least 1-2 years prior consulting experience
• Demonstrated superior quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong academic, extracurricular, or work experience in business, Internet, or relevant industry areas is needed
• Demonstrated highly motivated team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to create formulas and to analyze data
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, especially Spanish

• Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.

• Ability to travel to 50-75% of the time, with the possibility to work the remaining 1-2 days from home
