The Senior Compensation Analyst works closely with the Managing Director of Strategy to help define and refine our client’s compensation strategy. He/she also manages the execution of that strategy. The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for the compensation quote, research, and annual review processes, prioritizes compensation areas of risk and opportunity, and initiates all relevant discussions with key leaders, in collaboration with the Managing Director of Strategy. This person must operate with a high degree of integrity and maturity given their work with highly sensitive and confidential information. A successful candidate will have a focus on delivering accurate and actionable analytical tools, a customer service orientation, and a flexible, entrepreneurial approach to solving problems. The Senior Compensation Analyst will report to the Managing Director of Strategy and will interface directly with senior leaders across the organization.
