The Learning & Development Team on Human Assets aims to ensure that all staff members learn and grow in their roles and throughout their careers such that they maximize their collective impact on our organization’s mission. The managing director, learning & development will manage a team of four staff members on the operational wing of the team. The managing director, learning & development will also partner with another managing director, learning & development on the team to provide targeted learning & development support to staff members in our organization’s regional operation’s team, spanning 29 regional sites and over 400 employees.
