ABOUT THE POSITION:

Search Analysts are primarily responsible for helping to source, schedule, interview, and assess candidates for positions in the social sector. They work in partnership with Search Associates, Search Consultants, and Partners supporting searches and, in many cases, on a variety of company-wide projects or tasks.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a high-energy, entrepreneurial individual who is looking to contribute to building a leading company in the executive search space. Key responsibilities include:

  • Screening resumes and conducting candidate interviews
  • Researching social sector organizations and sourcing candidates
  • Managing candidate communication, coordinating schedules and feedback, and facilitating the recruiting process
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Writing job descriptions, candidate reports, and other client deliverables
  • Maintaining robust notes and information in the firm’s internal database
  • Helping to build and maintain the systems and processes of a growing business
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years professional experience, ideally in recruiting/executive search or from within a social sector organization
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to foster productive relationships and work in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple and overlapping deadline effectively
  • Proven experience meeting and exceeding goals in a results-oriented environment
  • Strong customer service orientation with an ability to build and maintain solid relationships
  • Self-directed; able to work independently; highly organized
  • Passionate about working with people
  • Views talent recruitment as a lever for catalyzing change in both organizations and people’s individual lives
  • Passion for working with innovative, social sector organizations
