The KIPP Foundation's Marketing Director Sector: K-12 Education Reform Situation: The KIPP Foundation is a nonprofit organization that facilitates the growth and sustainability of KIPP schools, a nationally recognized network of 99 charter schools serving 26,000 students across the country. Faced with rapid regional growth, KIPP was seeking to fill a new position of Marketing Director, who would build the organization’s marketing department, including hiring and managing a marketing and communications team and developing marketing programs such as brand building, plan development and execution, and collateral.
