Cocktails and Conversation: Maximizing the annual review process
On October 16th, On-Ramps convened NYC-based senior human capital leaders to focus on a timely topic in performance management: maximizing the annual review process. Sarah Grayson, Partner at On-Ramps, Becca Howlett, Vice President of Recruitment at Achievement First, and Nia Monroe, Senior Director of Human Resources at ARTstor started the discussion by sharing snapshots of the competency models that serve as the foundation of their organizations’ review process. Spiked cider spurred fruitful conversation which also included leaders from City Year, Teach For America, Expeditionary Learning, CFY, Acumen Fund, and Knowledge Delivery Systems.
