About the Position

Search Analysts contribute to client engagements across the full life-cycle of the search, including sourcing and interviewing high-quality candidates, producing client-facing communications, and providing process management support. Search Analysts work on collaborative, search-based teams and, in many cases, on a variety of company-wide projects and tasks. This is not a typical behind-the-scenes Analyst role; we rely on our Search Analysts to represent On-Ramps and our clients to the sector.

As a Search Analyst, you will:

  • Screen resumes and conduct first-round phone interviews with candidates
  • Source robust and diverse pools of prospective candidates
  • Shepherd candidates through the search process, building trust and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Build relationships with new and existing candidates and connectors within the context of a search, and, more broadly across the social sector
  • Engage with clients on weekly calls, sharing your perspective on candidates and advising on process management
  • Create high-quality search deliverables, including agendas for client calls, candidate trackers, interview guides, and candidate reports
  • Ensure seamless management of search logistics, including scheduling and materials management
  • Participate in internal firm-building groups
  • Research and stay up to date on social sector organizations, sector developments, and current events
Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Passion for working with innovative social sector organizations
  • At least two years of professional experience, ideally in recruitment or a social sector organization
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills and a strong customer service orientation
  • Strong task and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • High level of integrity, trust, accountability, and judgment
  • Desire to work in and with organizations actively pursuing diversity, equity, and inclusion through their talent practices
  • A commitment to On-Ramps' core values
