The most important thing we need to do is get to know you. Are you a team of 15 or 500? Is your work space open, or are people in offices? Do you prioritize actual face time, or is iPhone FaceTime more common in your largely remote work culture? These details matter and are what make your organization unique. This is what we uncover before we search for candidates so that we really understand both the job and your organization. We meet with the hiring managers, direct reports, and any other relevant stakeholders to identify what makes the position and your organization unique, as well as the attributes of a successful candidate.
This is the “meat” of what we do: search. With our assessment tools in place, we use our extensive database, networks and other resources to advertise the position and find qualified candidates. We uncover details and transitions a resume doesn’t necessarily reveal. We also assess with key competencies and culture fit in mind to ensure that candidates will not only be successful in the role, but are also the right fit with your team.
At this point, we manage relationships with candidates, integrating your feedback along the way. Throughout the process, we can create customized materials and are available to facilitate your interviews and to design and manage large interview days. We’re with you until the end, cultivating candidates and ensuring we know exactly how they’re thinking about the opportunity compared to others they may be considering.
