Before joining On-Ramps, Hadiza managed corporate and community partnerships at America On Tech, where she expanded programs connecting underrepresented youth to careers in technology. Throughout her career, she has focused on advancing equity, cultivating cross-sector collaborations, and helping mission-driven organizations grow and thrive.
Hadiza holds a Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College. She is based in New York City.
