Hamna Mela (she/her) joined On-Ramps after over 15 years working with mission-driven organizations across the country, primarily in the education non-profit and public charter school sectors. She began her professional journey in youth development and transitioned to leading talent teams, gaining experience in program implementation, business development, and recruitment. In addition to working at On-Ramps, she serves as a talent recruitment and operations consultant for various organizations nationwide. Hamna is based in Brooklyn, New York, where she has lived for the past 20 years.
