Heather supports On-Ramps’ searches by strategically sourcing exceptional candidates with diverse backgrounds and perspectives for mission-driven social sector organizations.
Prior to joining On-Ramps, Heather worked at a variety of progressive organizations where her responsibilities ranged from candidate endorsement and voter guide research to election data analysis to voter outreach campaigns. Before transitioning into political roles, she spent over a decade at Verizon, first in proposals management and then in marketing legal review.
Heather holds a B.A. in English from Muhlenberg College and a certificate in copy editing from the University of California at San Diego. In her spare time, Heather is an avid reader, friend to all animals, and an extremely slow but enthusiastic trail runner. She lives in North Jersey with her husband and cat.
