Passionate about connecting people to aligned opportunities, Isabella rejoined On-Ramps as a Search Specialist in 2025 after a previous tenure from 2018–2023. She works across industries and functions, partnering with search teams to conduct assessments, support client relationships, manage logistics, and ensure equity throughout the process.
Isabella’s career has spanned nonprofit operations, initiative development, community building, and entrepreneurship. Earlier in her career, she led social impact programs for local and national organizations and was promoted to Search Consultant during her first tenure at On-Ramps, where she also helped lead internal talent and staff engagement initiatives. Following that role, she served as Chief of Staff for a New York–based social enterprise at the intersection of food, art, and community. Since 2024, Isabella has built a consulting portfolio that includes career coaching and serving as Chief of Staff and Talent Lead at another mission-driven search firm.
Outside of her consulting work, Isabella is the Founder of The Full, a community and events company dedicated to addressing the loneliness epidemic and fostering authentic connection in New York City. She holds a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Art History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a certified Leadership and Performance Coach through Brown University. In her spare time, Isabella enjoys exploring NYC’s food and arts scene, dancing, and creating spaces that bring people together.
