Lauren joined the On-Ramps team in 2023 as a Search Specialist. Prior to this role, Lauren spent over a decade working in the nonprofit sector in Philadelphia, PA and Charlotte, NC, primarily in development-related roles and also in operations and programs. She has also worked with teams to build internal capacity through the development of volunteer programs. She has served a variety of organizations to support causes focused around health disparities, hunger relief, the economic empowerment of women, and mentorship for at-risk youth. 

Lauren earned a B.A. in History and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and an M.S. in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. She also holds a certificate in Designing Leadership from the Arts & Business Council of Greater Philadelphia and a certificate in Nonprofit Management from the North Carolina Center for Nonprofits.

Lauren is a Philadelphia native and currently resides in the city. She volunteers as a Peer Supporter with Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania (P2P of PA), and she previously served as a Board Member with the Pennsylvania Education for All Coalition (PEAC). She enjoys writing, photography, and spending time exploring nature.
