Lindsay Bruce joined On-Ramps as a Search Specialist in 2025. She brings two decades of experience in the education sector, specializing in creating equitable pathways for college success. Through a range of leadership roles at public and private education institutions and community foundations, Lindsay developed expertise in program design and evaluation, grants management, youth development, curriculum, and community-based partnerships. She served as Executive Director of Retention for Dominican University, a Hispanic-serving institution in Illinois leading the way on holistic support for students and their families, economic mobility and workforce development.
Lindsay holds a B.A. in English from Tufts University and an Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education. She lives in Oak Park, IL, with her husband, two children and rescue dog Ellie. In her spare time, Lindsay is a classically trained singer and performs regularly as a solo and ensemble artist throughout the Chicago area. She volunteers as an ally for the immigrant community, serving on Immigrant Justice and Rapid Response teams.
