Lindsey O-Pries is a seasoned consultant, coach, and SHRM-CP certified leader with nearly two decades of experience guiding organizational development, culture change, and strategic transformation. At On-Ramps, Lindsey supports organizations to find the most compelling and competitive candidates to join them in their important mission-driven work.
Lindsey built her career in nonprofit leadership, program management, and advocacy. These experiences continue to shape her people-centered and equity-focused approach. She has partnered with more than 200 organizations in the social sector across all stages, from startups to national networks, helping leaders navigate growth, succession, and organizational change with clarity and sustainability. In 2024, she founded O-Pries Consulting, building on her experience to help organizations strengthen leadership, plan for the future, and create lasting change.
She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Women’s Studies. Based in Richmond, Virginia, Lindsey is raising three young children and enjoys a beautiful view, an evening laughing with friends, and being of service to her community.
