Passionate about connecting dynamic leaders to mission-driven organizations, Rashidah brings to On-Ramps something rare in executive search: she has sat in nearly every seat at the table. As a former Chief Operating Officer of an executive search firm and a seasoned nonprofit finance and operations leader, she understands what organizations need at the leadership level to grow with purpose.
Rashidah joined the On-Ramps team as a Search Specialist in 2026, drawing on nearly two decades of experience across the talent ecosystem. She has hired and developed talent across programmatic, finance, operations, and senior leadership functions, and has a deep appreciation for what the right leader can unlock for a mission-driven organization. At On-Ramps, she brings that lived experience to every search, helping organizations and candidates find the alignment that makes deep impact possible.
Her career in the nonprofit sector has been guided by a commitment to economic and racial equity. Having served as a Chief Operating Officer, Interim Executive Director, Chief of Programs and Director of Finance at various points in her career, Rashidah knows firsthand what leaders in these roles encounter. That insider knowledge makes her a sharper, more empathetic Search Specialist.
