Rebecca joined On-Ramps in June of 2022 as a Research Specialist. She currently collaborates with search teams by providing behind-the-scenes sourcing support, with the ultimate goal of building diverse candidate pipelines that mitigate bias and are inclusive to candidates of all backgrounds.
Rebecca started her career as a housing attorney in a community-based legal aid office in New York City. After working in both the government and private sectors, Rebecca transitioned to nonprofit management. Rebecca served as the Executive Director for a start-up phase legal services and housing counseling non-profit during a period of rapid growth. Under her leadership, the organization grew by every measure - increased the budget fivefold, quadrupled staff, and greatly expanded services. Now Rebecca provides consulting services for small non-profit organizations looking to improve operations, impact, and efficiency.
Rebecca earned a Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Arts from Ithaca College. In her spare time, you can find her with her nose in a book and a dog in her lap.
