As a Search Specialist, Sivan works across industry and function, conducting candidate assessments and coordinating logistics in consultative partnership with search teams and clients.
Sivan’s experience spans a diverse range of missions, including healthcare access, education reform, and social services. He previously worked in people operations for a tech startup that worked to expand access to affordable health coverage plans to low-income communities across the United States. In the education sector, Sivan managed school operations for a charter network in NYC, and later recruited for Teach For America from a portfolio of colleges and universities across the northeast. Prior to his time in the education sector, Sivan worked as a case manager at Compass Housing Alliance in Seattle, advocating for both short and long-term solutions for clients who faced systemic barriers to securing housing.
Sivan obtained a B.A. in English from Grinnell College, and is currently pursuing a MSW from Stony Brook University’s School of Social Welfare. He lives in Brooklyn, NY, close to friends and family.
