Talei has been with On-Ramps since 2021.
Prior to On-Ramps, Talei managed high-volume recruiting as a Project Coordinator at Tradesmen International, a staffing agency in the construction industry. She also worked at Target as an HR Generalist for a year.
Talei graduated in 2018 from the University at Buffalo, SUNY, and studied architecture before pursuing a major in English . Originally from Fiji, Talei spent the second half of her childhood on Long Island, NY, and resides in Troy, NY. In her free time you can find her going on a road trip with her son, trying out a new hike, or doing a boot camp with friends.
